Himanshu Sikka

Himanshu is a development planner by qualification and has worked with several
international agencies including The World Bank, DFID, USAID, UNICEF, ADB, WHO, and The Global Fund. He brings with him the experience of working in diverse geographic settings like India, Bangladesh, Nepal, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Ghana, and the United Kingdom. Himanshu has over 16 years of experience in international aid and policy, health sector reforms, health financing, financial and investment advisory, and institutional strengthening. He has been instrumental in designing and deploying innovative financing instruments such as impact bonds, conditional cash transfers, and blended healthcare financing models.

Ashwajit Singh

He has more than 25 years experience of corporate and financial advisory, specialising in the core areas of Corporate and Business Strategy, Efficiency Enhancement, Municipal Finance and Management, Policy Framework and Institutional. He is founder of IPE Global Limited and has provided strong leadership and strategic direction to the group since its inception in 1998.

Chetan Vaidya

An Architect Planner with over three decades of unique experience research, academic and consultancy in urban governance, planning and development. He is presently working as National Urban Advisor to Sustainable Urban Development project in Kochi supported by GIZ. He is former Director of National Institute of Urban Affairs and School of Planning and Architecture New Delhi

Dr Dinesh Mehta

A Professor Emeritus at CEPT University, Ahmedabad also the executive director of the Centre of Water and Sanitation.

Dr Mehta was involved in global urban policy and dialogue as head of Urban Management Programme at the UN-Habitat headquarters in Nairobi. He also contributed significantly to urban policy formulation by Government of India.

Meera Mehta

A Professor at CEPT University, Ahmedabad, teaches courses on urban infrastructure and finance. She is also the Joint Director of its Centre of Water and Sanitation at the university where She leads the work on Sanitation and FSSM Financing. Prof Mehta has over 40 years of experience in water and sanitation, urban development and infrastructure finance.
