The key health related project conducted by CURE has been the Community Led Facility Study (CLFS) in Bellary district, Karnataka one of the 6 CHARCA districts, under the Coordinated HIV/AIDS Response through Capacity building and Awareness (CHARCA). CURE has conducted a mapping of the services available in the areas of health, VCTC, Access to condom, ART, Police, Legal support structures, local governance etc. It also established a community tool/feedback mechanism to periodically evaluate the progress in improving the facilities and services for younger population especially the women in CHARCA districts. CURE also evaluated and obtained feedback on quality, availability, accessibility of services and monitor gender and youth friendliness of services.
